Masonry & Site Walls
TrashEnclosures.
Every commercial site needs one, and every municipality has a standard for it. We build CMU trash and recycling enclosures to the city detail — pad, walls, gate posts, bollards, and finish — so the enclosure passes inspection the first time and matches the rest of the site.

Scope
- CMU Trash Enclosures
- Recycling Enclosures
- Gate Posts & Bollards
- Municipal Standard Details
- Matched Finishes
Enclosure dimensions, gate swing, and clearances are confirmed against the municipal standard detail and the waste hauler's requirements before layout.
Steel gate posts and bollards are set in the masonry and the pad, and the walls are reinforced to resist container impact.
Finish is matched to the building and site walls, with caps and integral-color block where the design calls for it.
Questions we hear
- Do you build to each city's standard enclosure detail?
- Yes. Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Goodyear, and other municipalities each publish a detail; we build to the one that applies to the site.
- Are gate posts and bollards included?
- Yes. Steel gate posts and bollards are set as part of the enclosure scope so gates can be hung without rework.
- Can the enclosure match the building finish?
- Yes. Block, color, and cap are matched to the building and site walls.
