Masonry & Site Walls
ScreenWalls.
Screen walls hide what the architecture shouldn't show: rooftop equipment, ground-mounted mechanical, loading docks, and service yards. We build CMU screen walls to the required heights and clearances, finished to match the building and site walls.

Scope
- Mechanical Screen Walls
- Service Yard Enclosures
- Loading Dock Screens
- Embedded Gate Steel
- Matched Finishes
Screen walls carry wind load and often sit near equipment with tight clearance requirements, so layout is coordinated with the mechanical and electrical trades before the first course.
Gates, louvers, and access openings are framed into the masonry with embedded steel so hardware installs cleanly.
We match block, color, and cap profile to the building so the screen reads as part of the architecture, not an afterthought.
Questions we hear
- How tall can a masonry screen wall be?
- Height is set by the municipality's screening requirement and the engineer's wind-load design; we build to the stamped drawings.
- Can gates and louvers be built into the wall?
- Yes. Steel embeds and openings are set in the masonry so gates, louvers, and access panels install without field cutting.
- Will the screen wall match the building?
- Yes. Block type, color, and cap are selected to match the building and site walls, confirmed on a sample panel.
