Wall packages are laid out from the civil drawings with footings, reinforcing, and control joints placed per the structural requirements, so the wall stays true through Arizona's thermal cycles.
Integral-color block, split-face, ground-face, and slump block are all common in the Valley; we confirm the selection on a sample panel and hold it across the full run.
For commercial sites we production-run long linear footage with dedicated crews so the perimeter never becomes the critical path.

- Control joints are placed per the engineer's spacing and the block manufacturer's recommendation, so expansion and contraction don't crack the wall.
