Every veneer package begins with substrate review: lath, scratch coat, weather-resistive barrier, and flashing details are confirmed against the drawings so the finish performs for decades, not just at turnover.
Natural stone is dry-laid and blended on the ground before it goes on the wall. Manufactured stone is set to the manufacturer's installation standard with correct joint treatment, and corners and returns are detailed so the pattern reads continuously around the building.
On commercial work we sequence veneer behind the envelope trades so it never holds up dry-in; on residential work we coordinate directly with the builder and the homeowner's selections.
Questions we hear
- Do you install both natural and manufactured stone veneer?
- Yes. We install full-bed natural stone, adhered natural thin veneer, and manufactured stone systems, each to its own installation standard.
- Will you build a mockup first?
- On any project where the finish is visible, yes. The mockup locks in the color blend, joint treatment, and coursing, and production is matched to it.
- Do you handle stone veneer on residential projects?
- Yes — custom homes, courtyard walls, entries, and outdoor living spaces, coordinated directly with the builder or homeowner.
