Stone & Brick Veneer

BrickVeneer.

Brick carries a building's character, and it shows every shortcut. We lay brick veneer and full brick façades with coursing held across every elevation, joints struck consistently, and corners, soldier courses, and openings detailed to the architect's intent.

Brick Veneer — Desert State Masonry

Scope

  • Brick Veneer
  • Full Brick Façades
  • Soldier & Accent Courses
  • Brick Site Walls
  • Mockup Panels

Brick veneer is coordinated as part of the wall assembly: ties, air space, flashing, and weeps are installed to the drawings and inspected before the wall closes, because what's behind the brick decides how long the façade lasts.

Bond pattern, mortar color, and joint profile are confirmed on a mockup panel. Production crews match that panel, and we protect the work from staining and efflorescence through turnover.

We run brick on retail, office, education, and municipal buildings as well as custom homes and residential site walls.

Questions we hear

Can you match existing brick on an addition or remodel?
We source and blend brick to match the existing building as closely as the available product allows, and confirm the match on a sample panel before production.
Do you install the flashing and ties behind the veneer?
Yes. Ties, flashing, weeps, and the air space are part of our scope and are installed to the drawings and inspected before the wall is closed.
Is brick veneer suitable for the Arizona climate?
Yes, when the assembly is detailed correctly. Mortar selection, movement joints, and drainage are planned for desert heat and monsoon moisture.
